Carl joins PHI’s staff with 30 years’ experience in the construction field. Carl’s duties will include Managing the Estimating Department in accord with the company President. Responsible in management of PHI’s site superintendents. Carl is also an Instructor of Construction Estimating & Job Cost Accounting at Portland Community College, Portland OR.
